Welcome to CWP Society! These Terms of Use govern your use of our wedding programs, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Course Content
Our Services provide educational content related to wedding planning and preparation ("Course Content"). The Course Content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Course Content.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including all Course Content, text, graphics, images, videos, and other materials, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content without our prior written consent.
User Conduct
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the Services. You may not upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
Payment and Refunds
If applicable, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Services. We reserve the right to change our fees and pricing at any time. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. We have a no-refund policy.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Use.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes to Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
All sales are final. However, we do have a 100% money back guarantee if after completing the entire course you are unsatisfied. You may request a refund by emailing [email protected] within 12 hours of completing the course explaining the reason for your request.
If the Certified Wedding Planner Society (formerly The Bridal Society) finds that you are a competitor or work for a competitor, your registration will be revoked. The Certified Wedding Planner Society has the right to deny registration if we feel there would be a conflict of interest. Also, we only train those interested in a career as a wedding planner or wedding venue professional. There are times when it is appropriate for caterers, DJ's and florists to take this course when adding on wedding planning services that he/she will participate in personally. However, other companies such as transportation companies, bakers, photographers, videographers would not be encouraged to take this course, as the content does not apply to them.
